The SAICE Geotechnical Division is proud to present an evening lecture: Cape Town – Engineering Geology and Case Studies, which will be presented by Mr Mike van Wieringen.

The geology, topography and geohydrology of any construction site – has a major influence on the execution and performance of the envisioned infrastructure. Mike will discuss interesting aspects of the engineering geology of Cape Town as well as present interesting case studies that he has encountered along the way.
